So here I am. Bloated:_b_link__: , tired and fed up with myself. In my eyes rock bottom to nutrition...know so much but not implementing what I would like to. I have a passion for nutrition but I'm also obsessessed with losing weight and have had some issues with ED
in my life. I am here to get to 100% raw living and am looking for support. I'm using this forum to log my journey to pure living. I would like to lose 40lbs and feel young and beautiful. I'm 30 years young. This past week was an eating disaster. My goal is to begin tomorrow with raw meals. I will refer to what I see online to guide me with my daily meals.
