HEllo! My name is Becky and I have been reading and learning about raw foods since July. I started eating primarily raw for two reasons. The first was I wanted to be healthier and second I wanted to lose weight. I have lost about 35 lbs...but I have a long way to go. I've been having some trouble the past few weeks though. I've been busy and tired. When I go off the raw foods I feel wretched. Not because I've "cheated" but because of how my body reacts. This forum looked like a wonderful place to get hooked into the community...since there is none in the area I live. I hope to be a support and get some some support.
