Just wanted to say "Hi" to all of you out there in raw land. I just finished reading Angela's book
How to Go Raw for Weight Loss and it really got me remotivated to stay on track. Today is day one of my eating plan. Now I'm reading
Mindless Eating by Brian Wansink which was recommended to me by my former Nutritionist. I would definitely suggest it to anyone with food addiction/overeating issues. I've actually been really good about exercising over the last month or so, and initially I lost 8 pounds but that quickly leveled out. I know it's due to my eating patterns that I'm not progressing with my weight loss, so...here I am!! I am pacing myself very slowly in transitioning to raw foods. I have tried every last thing on the planet, but I am confident that raw foods is the ultimate answer to weight loss if done correctly. Here goes nothin'!
