When you strain out the fibre then you're body digests the nutrients more readily, and it gives your body a 'rest' so that the enzymes can work more effectively.
Yes, I do juice. I have started having one green smoothie (usually one litre) and one green juice (one to two litres) each day. It is wonderful! The green smoothie is 'heavy' and therefore 'comforting' (yes - I have issues!), whilst the green juice is very hydrating.
I was having a greeen smoothie everyday for months but I wore out my blender! lol, it was a few weeks before I got a new one and got out of the habit. Really need to get back into it. They are nice and my husband likes them too for breakfast.
