i'm just getting started this week on the 92 day feast. i've searched for the answers to a few questions and didn't come up with answers.. can anyone give feedback?
1) is the gallon amount of recommended juice totally undiluted with water? the entire amount of liquid is juiced veggies/fruits with no extra water added to the volume?
2) is it okay to have bentonite clay "coffee" everyday? i saw that it was recommended to help with acute detoxing, but i'm not sure if i should have something solid like this in my system on a fairly regular basis though i would like to have it.
3) is it okay to take vitamin supplements in tablet form? only colloidal form? not at all?
4) what about protein? is there enough from spirulina and other produce sources. same question about B-12 without any supplementation?
is it okay to juice bean sprouts such as soy or mung in with the juice.. if so should the sprouts be longer and greener for more chlorophyll or a few days srouting is okay?
5) are the recommended oils taken separately or added to the juices or does it matter?
