Hi everyone, I'm studying my final year of chinese medicine and my diet fluctuates from eating raw, soups and herbal formulas to becoming a craving sugar and fat gremlin as I become stressed with Uni. I therefore go in and out of raw food phases.
I eat a lot of raw food in summer, but tend to crave warmer foods in winter. It's winter here and due to studying hard I've fallen into eating crappy foods and coffee to get me through.
Now I'm studying for exams I really want to go raw for three weeks at least and juice to cl;ean out the system.
I would like to eat raw foods on a permanebt basis and I've come to this amazing site for tips and inspration. I intend to log on every day just for motivation to follow the raw food regime.
Any tips for eating raw foods through winter would be much appreciated.
