I've been gradually increasing my consumption of raw foods and am now eating about 95% raw. I have a 4-year-old daughter who's not so easily adjusting. I have now got her used to helping me make green juices and eating salads, but she absolutely will not drink a smoothie or any other raw concoction, even raw cookies and bars. I still give her cheese and yogurt because I am worried that she isn't getting enough protein, calcium. Also, her teachers at preschool give both her and I a hard time because I don't pack her 'normal' foods! Does anyone have any advice for a little one?
