I'm needing some advice. Is kombucha tea really a raw product and safe to use on the raw diet. We can get bottled. kombucha here in health food stores in the U.S. and it is labeled as Raw Kombucha. I have done a little research online and have found several books at Amazon on kombucha and making your own. It is a fermented product from a mushroom. I want to make sure that this is truly a raw product. Namaste~Monica
