I love your books and your sound wisdom and kindness. I have over 100 lbs to lose. I have been raw 100% for over 3 months. My ? pertains to Dr. Graham. I read his book 80/10/10 and he stated that most raw fooders are way off the mark. That we are eating to much fat and should be focusing on fruits and veggies but especially more fruit. I have added more fruit and cut the fat but now I find I am STARVING and even tempted to eat cooked food

Before reading his book I was doing very well eating 100% raw but not losing much weight. Initially going raw I lost about 15 lbs but not much since. What am I doing wrong and is Dr. Graham right or is it okay to eat an avocado? Please help! Namaste Monica
