June 6th 2006: A big THANKS to all who made it along to the first fabulous Food of Life festie in Brighton and especially to all those who made it to the RawReform stall and my first UK talk. It was an amazing day of lush food, inspiring talks, connections, vibrant superfoods and lots of wonderful interaction. I really appreciated meeting so many amazing people on this path, all in the same location and also enjoyed giving my presentation immensely ;) Below are a few pictures from the big day...

May 30th 2006: Today it is exactly 4 years since the day I read the Boutenkos 'Raw Family' book that catalysed the transformation of my whole life. Sending much love to them and all on this path as I celebrate today :) In honour of the occasion and in celebration of the upcoming Food of Life festie, The Argus newspaper printed another article today about my recent tour and work - you can read extracts HERE. :)

22nd May 2006: Hear me speak online this week in an exclusive 'Hooked on Raw' interview with Rhio of Tribeca Radio in New York. The interview will be broadcast online HERE at 4pm, 8pm and 2am Eastern Standard Time, Monday, Wednesday and Friday this week (22nd, 24th and 26th of May). My spring US tour is now sadly over, but I am aiming to be back in the States again later in the year.
