I'm sorry about this and will try to arrange an alternative way of viewing the clip as soon as possible. 22nd November 2005: For those in the south-east of England, or with digital/sky television, I will be appearing on BBC South East Today news this evening at 6.30pm, giving an interview about raw food weight loss and talking about my new ebook. I believe this can also possibly be seen in other regions on channel 953 for digital/satellite/sky viewers.

20th September 2005: I've been to some wonderful holistic festivals in London over the last couple of weeks and at one of them I was introduced to a very interesting range of raw whole foods made by American company Brain Garden. Every product in the range contains 24 different raw foods and I consider this range a fantastic way of getting into raw foods for those who are perhaps not accustomed to taking a lot of time preparing meals, but are looking for a convenient and affordable way to get more raw nutrition into their daily intake. 4th September 2005: Hi. I guess it's almost needless to say that things have continued to be very busy and fascinating here at RawReform over the last month. Life really is amazing - there are so very many things happening and possibilities presenting themselves and such incredible energy available. I feel very blessed to be involved in all the wonder that is emerging during this period. I have spent part of the last month in Norway, on a tiny island, where I was amazed and gratified at the raw foods available to me and captivated by the beauty of the natural world around me. Now, on a more practical level, I am in the ongoing process of setting up the forum and other features for this site - it is all coming along and I hope to have it ready soon and to also have more news on the release of my book as soon as possible. 3rd August 2005: Well, things have continued to be very busy here in the world of RawReform over the last month - I have recently moved into the buzzing city of Brighton on the south coast of England to find an exciting raw food 'scene' emerging here. I have been sampling many superfood delights from fabulous local raw food suppliers RawLiving and working hard on getting my book ready for print - thanks for all the interest and support you've all been sending in - I do hope to have the book available as soon as possible. In the meantime I'm working on getting a forum set up on this site for more interaction - so, stay tuned...
