What is eating raw? PDF Print E-mail

A typical raw food diet consists of uncooked fruit, vegetables, seeds, nuts, sprouted pulses and grains, dried fruits, fresh juices, seaweeds, cold pressed oils, raw carob powder/cacao and some spices and seasonings. Foods may be eaten whole or combined into meals - some people also use dehydrators to create exciting foods at low temperatures which do not destroy the enzymes.

To read more of my thoughts on how to go raw successfully, happily and for the long-term, see my books HERE.
