Did you exercise while you were losing weight? |

As you can read about in my booklet 'Revealing the Physical Changes', I have been quite active during my raw years, but never very consistently. For me, the main weight loss was simply from the change in food intake. In the beginning however I also had quite physical jobs, plus swam often. Then later I got into yoga, which I do every day now, plus rebounding, jogging, skipping and so on...
