Yes, very many - less washing up, less food preparation time, it can work out cheaper than standard living, less kitchen equipment needed, the need for less sleep, therefore more free time, less sluggish, more energy and vitality, better for the environment, getting enzymes in their natural form, energy savings from less cooking, etc...
