On June 21st, 2009, raw foodies Matt Monarch and Angela Stokes were
married by David 'Avocado' Wolfe, at the first ever Raw Unio n
festival, held at Angel's Health Food Institute in S. Oregon.
Their sumptuous raw wedding feast was catered by their dear friend
Solla (Solveig Eiriksdottir, from Iceland), with the help of an amazing kitchen team.
This 24-page e–book is a collection of the gorgeous recipes used by Solla to
