Being Here Now For Healing
Well, we certainly seem to be in a time of great shifts, non? After all the recent upheaval in ♥Japan♥ and other places worldwide, it can seem easy to feel disturbed, depr essed or anxious about where we are headed from here...personally I choose to keep sending love, light and healing to all of those affected by the recent Earth shifts and indeed to all beings everywhere - I believe that holding my highest vision for a swift and peaceful return to stability is the best offering I can send to those currently in distress, along with some financial assistance too of course, as we still seem to be living with the same "economic" reality ;)
There seem to be a lot of Raw Emotions in the air right now and I was feeling it might be appropriate to share a little excerpt from my book Raw Emotions today on the theme of "Being Here Now":
Be Here Now
If you are going through a particularly rough patch emotionally and feeling surrounded by difficulties, try to gently bring yourself into the current moment and realise that right now, in this instant - which is really all you have - you are OK. Practice gratitude for whatever it is that you experie nce
in each moment, the challenges as well as the joys. Yesterday your
partner may have left you and tomorrow you may be facing eviction from
your property, but right now, in this very moment, you can be at peace if you choose it. By dwelling on issues of the past or worrying about the future, you are simply giving away your power in the present moment. Breathe deeply, do not try to cope with more than one moment at a time, if necessary and reach out to others and Spirit for help (rather than food). You are not alone and you do not have to turn to food, to get through difficult times.

USA Raw Almond Update
Well, well, well...it seeeeeems that potentially things could shift again soon for the almond growers in California... The farmers won an appeal court victory against the decision to pasteurise all California almonds...and the Cornucopia Institute will soon be presenting evidence on behalf of the almond growers, including
taking to court a petition with over 26,000 people worldwide asking to be able to purchase California raw almonds again... The Cornucopia Institute would LOVE for even more people to sign this petition for food freedom, to help make their case even stronger as they go back to court - if you haven't already signed this petition and would love to, just click HERE and get on board - it takes less than a minute to add your voice and be heard - THANKS :)
