MEDIA INTEREST GROWS
RAWREFORM ON THE BBC NEWS
On November the 22nd, a BBC news report about my transformation on raw
foods was televised on BBC South East Today. The piece was really positive and
generated much interest - a reassuring sign that the raw message is definitely
reaching people and even edging a bit into the mainstream :) I had a lot of fun
doing the interview with the reporters and was really pleased with the outcome
and the chance to cast the net ever-wider, spreading this simple message of hope
and recovery from obesity.
One American reader recently wrote to say she was surprised and delighted by
the amount of media attention my story is attracting, as she felt that the media
in the USA do not usually give coverage to such stories. The interests of
multi-national conglomerates that dominate advertising do not match the simple
message of raw recovery, so these stories go unreported. I feel sad about this
and now appreciate every opportunity I receive to share my message with others.

MORE TO BE REVEALED...
At the end of December, RawReform will be going national again with a
forthcoming article in a major British magazine - exciting stuff, so watch out
for updates nearer the time ;)

E-BOOK UPDATES
RAWREFORM: HOW TO GO RAW FOR WEIGHT LOSS
Thanks again to all who have purchased the first RawReform e-book entitled
'How to go Raw for Weight Loss' - the book went on sale in the middle of
November and the response so far has been really encouraging. Here are some more
comments from happy customers:
" I love your book - it really is the only one that
bridges the gap between going raw and dealing with
your emotions and overeating issues. GREAT WORK."
CJ, California
"I purchased your e-book recently and I just wanted to thank you. I really
appreciated how well you put it all together and all the practical advice you
gave on the common pitfalls of going raw. I have tried to go raw before but
ended up eating too much fruit and too many times felt very unbalanced and not
sure how to put a meal together properly. I really appreciated your guidelines
on how to eat and suggestions of what to eat based on your own experiences and
mistakes.
Very much appreciated!"
AR, Montana
"I just bought your ebook - looking forward to reading it ever since I read
about your story...
Thank you for your fabulous efforts at helping the rest of us...thank God you
are so benevolent in your approach, which helps in NOT binging and all.
Thanks so much."
KH, Adelaide

RAWREFORM RECOMMENDS:
Two products that are currently drawing my attention are yacon syrup and hemp
protein powder .
Yacon is a root vegetable from South America and the sweet syrup produced
from it most appeals to me because it contains sugars that are not absorbed by
the body. This means that yacon syrup can be used in all kinds of recipes as a
sweetener, with none of the usual side-effects associated with intense
sweeteners, like sugar highs-and-lows or fuelling candida growth. Yacon syrup
may not be exactly cheap (250ml costs ?12.50 from www.rawliving.co.uk ) but a little goes a
long way and in my opinion, this is a really sound investment for those who
struggle with a sweet tooth.
Hemp Protein Powder is another great investment in my opinion; this is one of
the richest sources of raw protein available and can be used in smoothies,
desserts, salad dressings, burger mixes and so on. I believe this to be a really
useful, sustaining food for all, but especially for anyone who feels they need
an abundance of protein, like breast-feeding women or those doing body-building.
Again, this is not a cheap product (?15.95 for 454g from www.rawliving.co.uk ) but a packet will
probably last at least a month and will provide one of the richest sources of
protein you could hope for, as well as peace of mind for those worried relatives
who ask '...but WHERE do you get your protein?' ;)

'POWER BREAKFAST' RECIPE
1 banana, thinly sliced
small handful of sunflower seeds
small handful of sultanas
1tbsp maca powder
1tbsp hemp protein powder
1tbsp carob powder
? tbsp yacon syrup
? tbsp hemp oil
small handful of goji berries
a little almond milk to blend
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, adding in fresh almond milk to desired
consistency. ENJOY.
Starting the day with such a beautiful, sustaining breakfast is more than
enough to remind me how blessed I am: I spent so many years treating my body so
badly and feeding my cells rubbish - it is such a joy now to take care of myself
with the best quality, raw foods I can find, like these. :)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Best wishes to you all and many blessings for your journey,
Angela. x
