FOOD OF LIFE FESTIVAL
On June the 4th this year, Brighton (south coast of England) will play host
to the amazingly vibrant 'Food of Life' festival at the Old Market venue. This
one-day event will encompass many of the finest speakers and writers in the raw
world giving presentations and demos, plus delicious raw catering, stalls,
entertainment, therapies and nourishment for every level of your being.
I will be speaking in the afternoon on 'Raw Weight Loss Transformation' and
the RawReform books will be available for sale. More details of this event to
come soon - watch for updates - this is going to be an incredible transformative
event and an amazing opportunity to meet those working in raw foods, for a
nominal entrance fee - come along and be inspired...

PASSION FOR THE PLANET AND RAW GURU
I have just finished an interview with online digital radio station 'Passion
for the Planet', based in London. The station is focused on health and
environmental issues and they are going to be running a feature on raw foods
from the end of February, for three weeks. Both myself and Kate Wood - inventor
of the extraordinary Whoosh bar from www.rawliving.co.uk - can be heard

BBC NEWS INTERVIEW
I'm so happy to finally have the clip of the BBC news interview that I did
back in November, up and running on my site. I'm sorry this has taken such a
long time to put in place, but there were some technical issues that needed
resolving. Now, if you follow this link, you should find the video clip will

RawReform Recommends: TONIC ATTACK WHEATGRASS
Here's an innovative idea for those in the UK who would love to be having a
shot of healthy, detoxifying wheatgrass every day, but have not the time, money,
equipment or patience to make their own. Oliver Dowding of Tonic Attack ( www.tonicattack.com ) has developed a way
of bottling fresh wheatgrass, with no preservatives and nothing added, which has
a shelf life of 8 days, if kept refrigerated. Each bottle, which costs ?10, is
sent out chilled, by post and will provide a week's supply of daily wheatgrass
shots. This represents a real bargain and the grass really tastes like it's just
been juiced. I highly recommend Oliver's wheatgrass - take a look at his site -
he has many interesting articles about the benefits of wheatgrass for health,
including weight loss. Inspiring stuff.
PARENTING IN THE RAW REALM
The wonderful Tish Clifford of the Cornwall-based Funky Raw tribe has just
launched her new website and e-book entitled 'radiant children', all about
raising raw, natural and spiritual children. Tish has two beautiful, vibrant raw
children of her own and has been working extensively in the raw foods movement
in the UK over the last years. Check out the new site here for raw parenting
