Hello and a very warm welcome to the latest RawReform Newsletter. April was
another thrilling month of exploration for me Stateside, including an amazing
rejuvenative retreat in Arizona with the highly talented and remarkable beings
David Wolfe and Kerrie Cushing. It's been an incredible time and I am sorry to
be leaving this land of vibrant opportunities so soon, but more magic awaits on
the other side of the Atlantic, not least in the form of the upcoming Food of
Life raw food festival in Brighton...see below for more details...

MY ONLINE SHOP
I'm delighted to announce that there is now an online shop linked up to the RawReform website, which you can
access by clicking HERE . From raw food books, to raw foods, kitchen equipment,
supplements and exercise items, there is a huge selection to choose from,
including the highly popular and frankly delicious new Raw Crunch snack bars.
These bars are my top recommendation at the moment and are selling out daily by

FINAL TOUR DATES
May sees the final run of dates of my current US tour with Matt Monarch unfold in
California, Oregon and Washington states. On May the 10th we are doing a big
talk at Mothers' Market in Costa Mesa, starting at 6.30pm, followed by a series
of talks in and around Portland, Oregon from the 12th to the 15th , before we
head up to Washington State for talks in Tacoma, Seattle and Lopez Island,
finishing on May the 19th . We'd love to see you there at any of these events -

FOOD OF LIFE
The magical Food of Life festival being held in Brighton, England on June the 4th is drawing ever
closer and excitement is rapidly mounting for this vibrant one-day event. The
first of its kind, the day includes presentations from 9 prominent UK raw
foodists, including myself, Shazzie, Kate Wood and Steve Charter, stalls, a
juice and smoothie bar, raw food preparation demos, kids area, entertainment and
a beautiful evening performance and feast. The event runs from 10.30am in the
morning until 10.30pm, with day tickets priced at just ?2 - an absolute bargain,

EAT.RAWFOOD.COM
WOW - this is easily my favourite new toy of the moment. If you have not yet
seen the amazing new raw food community space that has been created on www.rawfood.com , you are in
for a real treat. Despite only being very recently launched, this community site
already has well over a thousand members, each of whom has their own page
(similar to MySpace.com) to express themselves and share their passions. It is
an incredible resource for sharing and connecting with other like-minded beings
and I highly recommend checking it out to find some cool raw connections. You

UPCOMING UK RAW EVENTS
On Saturday May 13th, Kate Wood of www.rawliving.co.uk is holding an
afternoon workshop on 'Raw foods from the heart', in Brighton. Kate has over 13
years experience eating raw and this 3 hour afternoon session includes food
preparation demonstrations of some favourite recipes and a light lunch. Email

On Wednesday 17th May, world-famous raw food promoter Paul Nison will also be
holding a UK teleclass on how to get and stay healthy on raw foods. Paul
personally overcame Crohn's Disease (IBS) with a raw lifestyle and dedicates his
life now to spreading the raw message for better health. The class begins at 8pm
and the cost is ?10 to participate in the hour-long discussion. More info can be
