Angela looks raw-geous now
'MOST people cut out the crisps and chocolate when they need to lose
weight, but Angela Stokes ditched her cooker instead. You may choke on
your full English breakfast at the very thought, but Angela says:
?Since I started eating raw I'm happier than ever." '
'"One of the benefits of eating food raw is that the vitamin and
mineral content isn't damaged by heat, so you get more of what you
need, naturally," she says. ?Four years ago, if you told me about raw
food diets, I would not even have contemplated it,? she says. ?Cooked
food IS food as far as I was concerned.? '
'?To me eating raw food makes so much sense. No other animal species
eats cooked food and I don?t see animals with obesity problems and
illnesses.? Angela is so committed to the lifestyle that she hosts
gatherings once a week for raw foodies and she hopes to open a raw food
shop.'
