Raw Union Wedding Recipes, by Angela Stokes, Solla Eiriksdottir & Chaya Ryvka

On June 21st, 2009, raw foodies Matt Monarch and Angela Stokes were married by David 'Avocado' Wolfe, at the first ever Raw Union festival, held at Angel's Health Food Institute in S. Oregon. 

Their sumptuous raw wedding feast was catered by their dear friend Solla (Solveig Eiriksdottir, from Iceland), with the help of an amazing kitchen team.
